General Shipping Information

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided at checkout. The estimated delivery date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.

Please note: Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock or backordered items, a separate email with detailed information will be sent. Click here for additional information on backorders.

Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US.

Backorders & Cancelletions

 

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.If an item is on back-order, an availability date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of backordered items in your order. You will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on back-order before your order is fulfilled. If this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 813.975.7453  or

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
* Any item that is returned with more than 8 days after delivery, is not going to be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
